Automatic Profile Stacker (Gantry Type)

The gantry automatic aluminum profile stacker utilizes a gantry-overhead manipulator engineered for the automated stacking and basket-loading of finished aluminum profiles between 4.2 and 7.5 meters in length. For processing extra-long aluminum profiles, the profile stacking layout can be fully customized around your specific profile basket and logistics sizes.

The automatic profile stacking system is equipped with automatic profile sorting, counting, feeding, and synchronized belt conveyor lines to achieve fully automated handling of aluminum extrusion profiles. It also features an integrated dual-station spacer counting and placement system. The finished profile saw performs cutting, profile counting, and sorting simultaneously, allowing continuous inline production without interrupting the extrusion process. Once the preset quantity is reached, the system automatically executes the profile stacking and basket loading operation.
